"This McDonald’s is quite average, nothing too special about anything. However, the fries were exceptional. Restaurant itself was what you can expect of an average Macca’s, noisy and crowded, but service was decent and fast."

"EPIC! Drive through order was made more slowly than usual but who cares! It was late at night and everything was SUPER fresh and a good amount of sauce. When it’s late and not busy this is how it should be. Not sitting the trays for hours on end drying out!"

"Stopped on our way back from Geelong. Staff was nice. Plenty of seating space. Parking is OK. It can get busy during peak hours. Their is a child play area. Ampol Petrol pump is near by so if you are travelling, can pit stop at Benalla, fuel up and have a quick meal."

"Only been to this Macca's twice the first time could not fault the service. Last week attended Maccas to get tea on way home, approx 8pm, four staff working behind counter including a barista. Customers should be at the least acknowledged, even if staff are flat out. It takes a few seconds to say we will be right with you. Needless to say I gave up on being served and went across to KFC needless to say welcomed, ordered, paid, received food. Easy as that. Latest stop at McDonalds Benalla 14th September 2025, staff courteous, working hard, food very tasty."
